Devin Blondes, Managing Partner, brings over 15 years in growth equity across the UK, Europe, and North America, including 10 years at Macquarie. Backed by a network of seasoned operators and co-investors, Devin delivers hands-on support in strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.

Businesses with established, defensible positions in their niche markets.

Healthy Performance
Typically, businesses with revenues between £5M and £50M, generating £1M to £5M in annual operating profit (EBITDA), with actual or potential profit margins of 10% or more.

Growth Potential
Companies with scalable models that don't require heavy upfront spending (capex-light) and show potential for near-term double-digit growth. We prefer sectors with strong market tailwinds.
